ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE
As a lifelong athlete, I understand the dedication and discipline it takes to perform at a high level. I competed as a distance runner for 14 years, completing over 170 road races ranging from 5Ks and 10Ks to half-marathons. I ran Cross Country and Track throughout high school and college, earning personal records of 5:01 in the mile and 2:11 in the 800 meters.I still proudly hold the 800m record at Vista High School—a record that has remained unbroken for over 30 years. In addition to running, I competed in Muscle Mania, a natural bodybuilding competition that further challenged my physical and mental resilience.Today, I continue to live an active lifestyle and pursue new challenges through mountain biking, bodybuilding, and hiking.
